•Review ceremony and reception sites prior to guests arrival

•Coordinate wedding day until the end of 

the reception and supervise vendors

 

•Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors as necessary

 

•Assist and/or facilitate such duties as: putting accessories in place, bustling the wedding gown, pinning corsages & boutonnières, assist in decorating and placing favors, etc

This package is suited for couples who are taking care of most of the planning themselves, but would like to have their ceremony and reception professionally orchestrated.  Six to eight weeks before your wedding day, we meet with you to finalize your details. 

 

We confirm your vendors, coordinate your rehearsal, develop and distribute your wedding day timeline.

 

•Attend/conduct rehearsal (1hour) anytime after 1 hour is extra

 

•Instruct and oversee all duties of participants 

 

•Oversee set-up 

 

 •Assist bride & maids with dressing

 

•Supervise all vendors and professionals (Including photographers, florist, and caterers) 

 

•Ensure everything runs as planned

 

•Handle necessary payments 

 

•Supervise entire ceremony and reception 

 

•Attend to guests' special needs 

 

•Assist in decorating: Light candles, place favors, etc
